Another plan that the company offers is Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI), but it’s only available for residents of California and for vehicles less than 10 years old (with less than 70,000 miles driven). It’s very similar to the paid plans available elsewhere, but the difference is that it’s an insurance product and not a contract.

How To File Your Claim Step-By-Step

Toco Warranty claim processing reviews show that Toco Warranty has tried to make the process as easy as possible.

There are two scenarios:

  3. You will need to produce your contract number and plan letter.

In either case, you will have to pay your deductibles to Toco Warranty. A Toco Warranty contract will have to authorize before any repairs can be performed on the vehicle (or you will not be covered). Once you have paid your deductible and the plan administrator has approved, the company will pay directly to the repair service. Excluded parts will not be covered.
The administrator may ask you to produce receipts associated with vehicle maintenance before approving the coverage.
