There is a flat 15% discount if an organization chooses to pay for the plan annually. Also, in the Plus plan, there is a discount for part-time employees. They will be billed as per Basic plan rates if they work less than 30 hours/week.

Compared to Justworks, TriNet’s medical plan list is more extensive, and they have a bigger variety of HR tools. On the other hand, Justworks’ simplicity and easy-to-use platform are some of its definite advantages. One problem with TriNet is that you may get billed for services that your small business simply might not need.
